SH Luggage Industries Pvt. Ltd. primarily manufactures and supplies luggage accessories, luggage components, OEM products, and customized manufacturing solutions for businesses.
Most products are manufactured according to customer specifications, branding requirements, quantities, and technical drawings.
For this reason, standard consumer return policies generally do not apply.
2. Orders Placed Through This Website
Our website primarily serves as an information and business inquiry platform.
Submitting an inquiry, quotation request, or contact form does not constitute a purchase or create a binding sales contract.
Commercial transactions are finalized separately through quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and mutually agreed business terms.
3. Customized & OEM Products
Products manufactured according to customer specifications, including but not limited to:
- Private label products
- OEM manufacturing
- Custom colours
- Custom moulds
- Customized branding
- Logo printing
- Special dimensions
- Made-to-order products
cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing or where required by applicable law.
4. Standard Products
For standard, non-customized products supplied by us, any request regarding returns or replacement must be communicated within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
Requests will be reviewed based on:

- Manufacturing defects

- Supporting photographs or documentation
Approval of returns or replacements is at our discretion and subject to inspection.

8. Shipping Costs
