A) we will provide a sample for free in India. And for outside the country all you have to

afford the express freight, we will ship free .we can ship the sample by international

4.Q) What is your term of delivery?

A) Domestic by road/by rail. For international by air/by sea/by

5.Q) Do you support new Mould tool up for a customised product?

A) Yes, we have an in-house professional designing team.

6.Q) what is the procedure to tool up new mould?

A) Firstly we will prepare the project chart which will include the information based on

the nature of the product to be produced. Secondly, we will confirm all the requirement and dimension of the new model (drawing

and specification from you will be appreciated. Thirdly our engineering team will review and feedback the requirement. Once confirmed

we will provide the 3D file for approval. Fourthly 3D printed prototype based on approved 3d file will send to you for final

approval to tool up new mould. Finally, trail run will be initiated and mass production can be started if everything is fine.

7.Q) how is software going to be useful for me

A) The software will be useful in placing your order, tracking the status of your order.
